Does Fireside accept payments by credit card?
Yes, but only for accounts that are no more than 59 days past due and not for final payments. To make a payment by credit card, contact Fireside at 1-800-825-1862 and speak with a Loan Service Representative.
Can I mail in my payment without the payment coupon from my statement?
Yes. Be sure to write your account number on the front of your check or money order in a clear and legible manner to ensure the proper crediting of your account.
Will I be assessed a late charge if my payment is not made on time?
Some contracts contain a provision for the payment of late charges if payments are received more than ten days after their due date. Please refer to your contract to determine if it contains a late charge provision.
How do I determine how much my late charge will be if my payment is made late?
The method of calculation of late charges varies by contract. Please refer to the terms of your specific contract.

How do I request a payment history?
Please fax your request to 925-730-3503 and be sure to include your name, telephone number and account number to ensure the timely processing of your request. Alternatively, you may request a transaction history from a Loan Service Representative by calling 1-800-825-1862.

What should I do if one of my payments has not been credited to my account?
After you confirm that your check or money order has been cashed, please send copies of the front and back of the cashed check or money order to:

When will I receive my title or lien release after I payoff my account?
Except in those states that require earlier release, your title or lien release will be processed approximately fifteen days after the date your final payment is credited to your account. Titles in the states of Arizona, California, Idaho and Washington generally are held electronically. After Fireside notifies the state electronically that it has released its interest in your vehicle, the state will mail your title to you within approximately another fifteen days.
