Fireside agrees that it will not use any nonpublic personal information about customer information in a manner prohibited by Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
Fireside implemented and will maintain appropriate measures designed to meet the objectives of the guidelines establishing standards for safeguarding nonpublic personal information about customers as adopted by any federal financial regulatory agency having authority over Fireside’s business.
Fireside’s compliance with Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act requirements is regularly reviewed by relevant third parties.
